For event organizers

RUN THE
COMPETITION.
NOT THE CHAOS.

Registrations open. Payments collected. Scores verified. Leaderboard live. JudgeRules runs competitions, from the first sign-up to the last rep.

Why organizers choose JudgeRules

WHEN IT HAS TO WORK,
ORGANIZERS CHOOSE JUDGERULES.

60,000+ athletes registered
1,300+ events managed
250+ events run every year

Real qualifiers. Real floors. Events with thousands of entries, not a demo environment.

Phase 01 — Before the competition

Everything is ready
before athletes show up.

Registrations, payments, qualifiers and rosters, organized weeks before the first heat.

  1. 1

    Registrations & divisions

Athletes sign up, pick a division, join a team. The roster stays straight from entry #1 to entry #900.

    REGISTRATION 342 athletes OPEN
  2. 2

    Payments

Entry fees collected online, per athlete or per team. No spreadsheets, no chasing bank transfers.

    PAYMENT €45.00 PAID
  3. 3

    Online qualifiers & video

Athletes submit qualifier videos. Judges review and score them before the event even starts.

    QUALIFIER Video submitted REVIEW
  4. 4

    Athlete & team management

Individuals, teams, staff: every role assigned and confirmed before the floor opens.

    TEAM ROSTER 6 / 6 confirmed

Phase 02 — During the competition

When the clock starts,
everything runs live.

Judges validate. Scores post. The leaderboard moves in real time, heat after heat.

  1. 1

    Live scoring

Scores are entered floor-side and locked in seconds, not typed up after the fact.

  2. 2

    Judge workflows

Every judge follows the same validation flow. No shortcuts, no disputes about what counted.

  3. 3

    Leaderboard

Ranks update the moment a score is validated. Athletes see it. Coaches see it. Everyone sees it.

  4. 4

    Heat & event control

Heats, timers, and floor status managed from one screen, not four radios and a whiteboard.

  5. 5

    Notifications

Athletes get called to the floor directly. Nobody's standing around a printed heat sheet.

Phase 03 — After the competition

The event ends.
The record stays.

Final rankings, results history, and a community that keeps building around every event.

  1. 1

    Results & rankings

Final standings published and archived automatically, with no manual recalculation after the last heat.

  2. 2

    Athlete history

Every competition an athlete enters becomes part of their record, visible for the next one.

  3. 3

    Marketplace & community

Events, gear and the community around them, connected to the same platform athletes already use.

Live scoring

THE LEADERBOARD
DOESN'T WAIT.

A judge validates a score. It's ranked and live before the athlete's hand is off the bar. No refresh. No delay. No arguing about what the board says. It says what's true, right now.

Buzz — floor hardware

ANOTHER WAY
TO CAPTURE A SCORE.

Live scoring on a judge's phone is one way in. Buzz is JudgeRules' own hardware for the floor: a physical station athletes trigger themselves on the mat, built for reps and touches that need to register fast and often. Every trigger synced straight into the same live leaderboard as everything else.

  • A second capture method, alongside live scoring
  • Synced live into the same leaderboard
  • Built for repeat, high-traffic lanes

FIND YOUR EVENT.
NEVER MISS YOUR HEAT.

Live leaderboard, schedules and results, right in your pocket.

250+ events every year

Every kind of floor,
every kind of format.

Individual qualifiers. Team throwdowns. Regional finals. National championships. Different formats, the same system running underneath.

Every format, every floor. Judged the same way, every time.

Behind the platform

Software doesn't run your event.
People do, with software that keeps up.

JudgeRules is built and run by people who have stood on the competition floor: registration desk, judge table, scoring booth. When something needs an answer during your event, you get one from someone who has been there, not a ticket queue.

Beyond the competition floor

YOU RUN THE EVENT.
WE PUSH THE REGISTRATIONS.

JudgeRules doesn't stop on competition day. Your event reaches the same community of athletes already inside the platform, through push notifications, a newsletter and a dedicated spot in the app.

Push notifications

Your event reaches athletes already inside the JudgeRules app, not just the ones already following you.

Newsletter

Your event gets featured in the emails we send to our community of athletes and organizers.

In-app showcase

Your event shows up in the app's events section, visible to anyone looking for their next competition.

Straightforward pricing

YOU GET PAID.
THEN WE DO.

No platform fee, no monthly subscription, nothing upfront. JudgeRules takes a small fee per registered athlete, only when they actually pay to compete.

One fee, even with qualifiers

If your event runs online qualifiers before the live stage, athletes pay the JudgeRules fee once, not once per phase. Some platforms charge twice without making it obvious. We don't.
