Paestum Throwdown è un evento sportivo organizzato da “XFit Events Italia” di Antonio Lettieri con la finalità di promuovere la disciplina sportiva del CrossFit in Italia.
La gara sarà composta dalle seguenti categorie individual: Elite; Regular e Master che accederanno direttamente al live, senza alcun wod di qualifica, fino ad esaurimento slot, per far sì che tutti possano conoscere questa nuova splendida competizione in Campania.
Organizzato in collaborazione di CrossFit 4 Leoni, questo evento che si terrà nei giorni 13-14-15 settembre 2024, sarà un puro divertimento con workout che vi lasceranno senza fiato nel vero senso della parola.
Il Live sarà composto da 5 WOD garantiti per tutti, piccolo spoiler non saranno tutti sostenuti sul floor, avrete modo di vivere il bellissimo paesaggio di Paestum, ma solo i migliori di ogni categoria accederanno alla Finalissima per guadagnarsi il titolo e alzare le fiaccole in cielo della primissima edizione di Paestum Throwdown!
Sarà un evento assolutamente da non perdere!
The race will be made up of the following individual categories: Elite; Regular and Master who will have direct access to the live event, without any qualification wod, until slots are exhausted, to ensure that everyone can get to know this splendid new competition in Campania.
Organized in collaboration with CrossFit 4 Leoni, this event which will be held on 13-14-15 September 2024, will be pure fun with workouts that will leave you breathless in the true sense of the word.
The Live will be made up of 5 WODs guaranteed for everyone, small spoiler they will not all be held on the floor, you will have the opportunity to experience the beautiful landscape of Paestum, but only the best in each category will enter the Grand Final to earn the title and raise the torches to the sky of the very first edition of Paestum Throwdown!
