Il Throwdown d’Acciaio rappresenta la prima competizione di Functional Fitness mai organizzata nel centro italia.
La competizione si articolerà in tre WOD (Workout of the Day) per tutti gli atleti partecipanti, seguiti da un quarto WOD di finale riservato ai migliori.
Il format è progettato per mettere alla prova la preparazione fisica e mentale dei partecipanti, creando al contempo un clima di festa e supporto reciproco.
La gara si svolgerà a Terni, nel palazzetto dello sport Aldo De Santis, in data 9 novembre 2025.
The Throwdown d’Acciaio is the first Functional Fitness competition ever organized in Central Italy.
The competition will consist of three WODs (Workout of the Day) for all participating athletes, followed by a fourth final WOD reserved for the best performers.
The format is designed to test both the physical and mental preparation of the participants while fostering an atmosphere of celebration and mutual support.
